About

Hi, I'm Jyden.

For the past decade I've been exploring psychology, spirituality, philosophy and theology — trying to understand people, meaning, and the human experience.

I've spent the last five years working in community services, supporting people across schools, hospitals, residential care, not-for-profits, and government services. I've also been involved in church communities and international mission trips.

I enjoy the outdoors and nature — you can find me hiking or exploring in my free time.

Faith & Spirituality

A space for the questions faith leaves behind.

Faith and spirituality can be deeply connected to a person's wellbeing, identity, and sense of purpose. I have a particular interest in supporting people navigating spiritual questions, church hurt, faith transitions, or deconstruction.

Whether you're exploring spirituality, questioning long-held beliefs, or making sense of past experiences, counselling provides a space to explore these issues with curiosity, respect, and without agenda.

If faith isn't part of your story, that's equally welcome. Every session is guided by your goals, your values, and what matters most to you.
