You're welcome to get in touch before deciding whether to book — ask a question, check availability, or simply get a sense of whether counselling here might suit you. No question is too small.

The easiest way to reach Jyden is by phone — you'll talk directly with him, and there's no obligation attached to calling. If he's with a client, leave a message and he'll call you back. You're also welcome to ask a question in the optional notes field when you book a session.
Phone and appointment hours
Appointment hours: weekdays 4–6pm and Saturdays 9am–5pm (AEST). Phone times may differ — if you call during a session, leave a message and Jyden will get back to you.

If getting to the practice doesn't suit you, sessions are also held online by video from anywhere in Australia — same length, same fee, same care. All you need is a private space and a phone, tablet or computer. You can read more on the online counselling page.
